What makes this electric wheelchair different? Start with evSense and Quad-Drive. One helps the chair respond to its surroundings. The other brings together steering, power and suspension.

evSense System
evSense System.
Support as you move.
evSense combines sensors and intelligent software to build a picture of the space around the ev¹c. Depending on the mode you choose, it can provide obstacle alerts, braking assistance or steering support.
Think about approaching a dining table, reversing in a hallway or moving through a shop. These are the everyday moments to explore during your demonstration.

Choose the support that suits the moment.
Start with the joystick. Get to know each assistance mode at your own pace.
Co-Pilot+
Adds automatic steering adjustments to braking support, helping you move through narrower spaces such as corridors and lifts.
Try it: a suitable doorway or hallway.
Pathfinder
Select a visible destination on the map using the touchscreen. The chair navigates towards that point while you remain attentive and ready to take control.
Try it: a clear, level indoor space.
Waypoints
Save destinations at home, then select a saved place on screen or by voice to travel there. Your demonstrator can help you explore a suitable route.

Prefer direct control?
Manual mode puts driving in your hands. With evSense enabled, the joystick can vibrate when an obstacle is detected. The touchscreen also gives you a view of the surrounding map and rear camera.
Using driving assistance confidently
These features support an attentive driver. They cannot detect every obstacle or replace your judgement. Glass, small or dark objects and difficult weather can affect sensing. Remain ready to stop or take control.
Assisted navigation is not suitable for steps, significant height differences or slopes over 10°. Learn the controls in a clear, level space and follow the user manual. Features can vary with software and regional configuration.

Quad-Drive System
Quad-Drive System.
Control you can feel.
Quad-Drive brings steering, driving power and suspension together. Its four-motor layout uses two motors for front-wheel steering and two to drive the rear wheels.
What does that mean for your day? Explore how each part contributes to the way the ev¹c steers, brakes and feels in motion.
Active Steering
Powered front-wheel steering works with the rear drive motors to guide the chair. Experience how it turns and holds its direction on your usual routes.
Real-time torque distribution
Torque is the turning force that drives the wheels. Quad-Drive adjusts how that force is delivered as you move, supporting controlled progress across changing surfaces.
Electronic Stability Program
ESP is the system’s stability support. It works alongside Active Steering and torque control to help keep movement composed as conditions change.
Anti-Lock Braking System
ABS helps manage braking to reduce wheel locking. It is part of the chair’s control system; available grip and the surface still affect stopping.
Four-wheel independent suspension
Each wheel has independent suspension to help absorb uneven surfaces. Try a familiar pavement or path to judge the ride comfort for yourself.
Intelligent Incline Adaptation
The chair adjusts speed and acceleration to the incline. The stated maximum slope is 13° under suitable conditions; this is separate from the limits of assisted navigation.
Pavements, cobbles, grass and gravel are all worth discussing at your test drive. Surface grip and conditions matter; deep sand and muddy ground are not recommended.

Battery technology
Power for your plans.
The 640Wh long-range battery uses lithium iron phosphate, also known as LFP or LiFePO₄. It is removable, so you can charge it separately or leave it fitted to the chair.
Strutt rates this battery at approximately 3,200 full charge cycles. That is a typical rating, rather than a guarantee of years of use. Temperature, care and use affect battery performance.
Smart charging protection stops charging when the battery is full. Use the official Strutt charger.

Range figures are Strutt laboratory estimates using a new 640Wh battery, a 91kg load, around 20°C and a constant 4mph on a smooth, level surface. Real-world range varies with terrain, speed, temperature, load and active features.
Planning to fly?
The optional 288Wh travel battery is sold separately. Ask us about availability and documentation, and obtain approval from your airline before travelling. The 640Wh long-range battery is not permitted for air travel.

Settle into your fit.
Take time to get comfortable. Adjust the seat, backrest and armrests, then try reaching the controls and moving into position at a table.
